Wayne Christopher draws inspiration from the towering strength and subtle grace of classical architecture. Each piece of work is a travel through history on paper or canvas. The images convey appreciation and admiration for an art form from the past.

"I'm fascinated by the contradiction between the power and the delicacy of these magnificent forms. Every structure has the ability to disguise itself either by blending in or standing bold among other architectural accomplishments," states Christopher.

Wayne Christopher was born in 1964 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He studied architectural design and art at Rice University in Houston and over two summers traveled the Mediterranean Region and France photo-documenting examples of various schools of architectural design.

Christopher's works are displayed in numerous corporate and private collections throughout the world.
